RETURN POLICY
Exchanges or returns on full-priced merchandise are accepted by mail or at any Kimberly Taylor store with the original receipt within 14 business days of receipt of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: All SALE purchases are final.

EXCHANGES – FREE
To exchange an item, fill out the pre-paid UPS return label (included in every order) and drop off the package at a UPS store. Please email store@kimberlytaylor.com to specify and hold your desired item. We will process your exchange and mail your new item to the original shipping address provided with your order.

RETURNS - $10 flat fee
Fill out the pre-paid UPS return label (included in every order) and drop off the package at a UPS store. We will deduct a flat fee of $10.00 from your order refund for return postage.
If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method, please be sure to use the address listed on our return label. In this case, the $10.00 fee will not be deducted from your return.
Please be aware that we will not refund your original shipping charges.

IN STORE – FREE
Simply bring the item, along with your receipt and credit card used to place the order, to any of our retail locations. We will be happy to process the exchange or issue a refund to your credit card.
